Do you cater for dietary needs?Absolutely. Please let us know about any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements on the registration form, and we’ll ensure your child’s needs are met.

Can I add extra sessions during the month?Yes! If space is available, you can book extra sessions through our website, even at short notice.

What time do you open and close?We’re open from 7:45 am for Breakfast Club and until 6:00 pm for After School Club.

Do I have to pay for missed sessions?Yes, unless you provide at least two weeks' notice to Sally, our Registered Manager. This ensures we can manage staffing and spaces effectively.

Do you provide food?Yes, we provide snacks in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. Drinks bottles are refilled as needed.

What if my child is nervous about starting?That’s normal! Our friendly staff will help them settle in quickly and make friends. Most children are happily playing within minutes of arriving.

Do you accept childcare vouchers or government support?Yes, we accept government childcare accounts and can issue invoices for Universal Credit claims.

Who can I contact if I have a question or problem?You can contact Sally, our Registered Manager, who will be happy to help with any queries, bookings, or concerns.

What should my child bringThey just need their usual school items and a drinks bottle. Everything else is provided at the club.

What happens when my child arrives at the club?We make sure they’re settled in, have something to eat (because most kids say they’re “starving” after school!), refill their drinks bottle, and then they can enjoy a variety of fun activities with their friends.

Can I change or cancel a booking?Absolutely. Please give at least two weeks’ notice for cancellations to avoid charges. You can request changes through our website or by contacting Sally directly.

Is there a late pick-up fee?We close at 6:00 pm sharp. Please contact us if you think you’ll be late. While we understand occasional delays, persistent late collection may result in additional charges.

Can I book ad hoc or emergency sessions?Yes! Once your child is registered, you can book ad hoc or emergency sessions online through our website, subject to availability.

How will my child get to the club after school?Your child’s teacher will either bring them to the school hall or tell them to go there. Our staff will collect them from the hall and walk them safely to our club.

What type of activities do you provide?We offer arts and crafts, construction play, outdoor activities, and themed projects throughout the year, all focused on learning through play.

What happens if my child isn’t in the school hall when you collect them?Don’t worry—we’ll “hunt them down and find them”! Our priority is to ensure all children are safely collected and accounted for.

How do I pay for sessions?We send out invoices at the end of each month for all sessions attended (and booked but not attended without two weeks' notice). Payment details are included on the invoice.

How do I register my childAll children must be registered before attending. You can download our registration form directly from our website, complete it, and return it to us via email or in person. You can also pick up a registration form from the infants Reception, or just pop by the club and pick one up from a member of staff.

How do I pay my invoice?Invoices include our bank details for direct payment. Many parents also use government childcare accounts, which provide up to 20% support, or pay via Universal Credit (we can supply proof of payment invoices for this).

Can my child start mid-term?Yes, children can join us at any time during the school year as long as they are registered.
